In my effort to get more vegetables in our diet, and by "our" I mean me and the kids, 'cause Richard is a lost cause- I have started making green smoothies. I remember watching this mom from Utah on Wife Swap years ago who was really into them, so I Google'd her. As it turns out, she has a whole website and program to teach people about green smoothies and health in general. I haven't bought her program, but from her website and blog I have learned some cool things. She is also very into coconut oil, so I like her even more! I sweeten the kids a bit more than mine and so far Porter won't touch them, but hopefully we can convert him.
